Howdy all…!! Hope you all are doing great! Today, I am thinking to share no fats and healthy salad recipe with you all. This is a perfect salad for summer to make your lunch/dinner palatable.
It consist of Radish leaves which we usually don’t prefer to eat. It contains more nutrients like vitamins, minerals, dietary fibers, detoxifying agents etc. than the radish itself. It also contains Fenugreek, Coriander leaves, Tomato, Radish, Lemon etc.
So, lets get ahead on this Salad recipe?
- Preparation time : 5/10mins
- Cooking time : 5/7 mins
- Serves : 3/4 people
- 8/10 fresh Radish leaves finely, chopped
- 1 cup Fenugreek leaves, finely chopped
- 1 cup Coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 2 Tomato, finely chopped
- 1/2 Radish finely chopped
- 1 spoon lemon juice
- 4/5 Garlic and 1 Chili paste
- Salt for taste
- Mix all the ingredients and salt as per required in one bowl.
- Mix well to spread salt and chili everywhere.
- Serve this in dinner or lunch with main course.
